Our Team

Robin grew up in Stavanger, Norway, until he was 16 years old, when he moved to Texas. Unfortunately, after relocating, he struggled with addiction to alcohol and drugs, which lasted for over a decade until he was 27. In 2001, he moved to Lubbock and began his journey in recovery, ultimately starting a new career in the treatment industry. He began working at his first treatment center in 2002 and has continued in this field ever since.
After earning both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Texas Tech University, Robin worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor in various treatment settings. In 2008, he founded the Aspire Addiction Recovery Center and has since operated over 10 facilities across three different cities. By 2016, he opened Fire Sky Ranch and eventually concentrated all his efforts on that program, where he currently serves as the Executive Director. Despite his leadership role, he still leads group sessions and meets with individual clients daily.
Robin has dedicated his life to helping those affected by addiction. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife, Erin, and their daughter, Lauren. He also loves his animals, gardening, and cooking.
Erin is from the DFW area and moved to Lubbock in 2000. After a long and challenging battle with addiction, she achieved sobriety in 2001. Early in her recovery, Erin began working in the substance abuse treatment field as a Technician at an addiction detox facility. She also returned to school to study Chemical Dependency Counseling.
In 2008, she helped Robin open Aspire Addiction Recovery Center. Currently, she is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Intern and serves as the admissions coordinator for Fire Sky Recovery. For almost 20 years, Erin has dedicated herself to building this program. She is a bundle of energy and the go-to person when others have a problem, as she is usually the one who can get it resolved.
Erin has devoted her entire life to helping those affected by addiction. She has been married to Robin for 20 years and they have three beautiful children, along with their dog, Tiny, and cat, Chuy. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and traveling.
Dan began his journey in recovery on February 9, 2017 at a Residential Treatment Center in California. Upon returning home to Texas he realized a passion for helping others like him and began pursuing a degree at Texas Tech University where he is pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. When he’s not teaching group, counseling clients, or cooking delicious meals for everyone on site he plays in a band and spends time with his fiance and dogs!
Madison began her journey as a counselor in training at West Texas A&M University. Originally Madison visited our program as an intern with her bubbly personality and passion for helping people find recovery we couldn’t help but bring her along for the ride. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Madison is trained in EMDR and works with individuals who’ve experienced trauma. When she’s not teaching group, counseling clients, and bringing smiles to all around her she enjoys baking and spending time with her dog Motley!

Cameron began his journey to recovery on July 6, 2022. After nearly a decade working in the oil and gas industry, he was inspired to make a significant change in his life as he embraced sobriety. This led him to the recovery field, where he could channel his experiences into helping others. Currently, he serves as a recovery advocate at Fire Sky, where he is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. In his free time, he loves spending time outdoors and enjoying activities with his kids. Whether it’s exploring nature or simply having fun together, these moments are incredibly fulfilling to him.
Laura began her recovery journey on October 29, 2019. Her passion to help people see that recovery is possible and we all deserve the life it brings is what brought her to work in the field. While working as a Recovery Advocate she interacts with clients whether it’s listening to what’s on their mind, going over step-work, doing ‘feelings’ meetings with them, or simply watching a movie with them. She tries to be the best benefit to them she can. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her kids and grandkids, going fishing with her husband, or reading a good book with her fur baby cuddled up next to her.
Breshay has worked in the addiction field for 4 years now. She came to the field having lived experience of addiction in her family and community. She wanted to understand and learn how to help people that struggle with addiction. As a Recovery Advocate she provides our clients with an outside perspective on what it’s like to love someone with an addiction. While working she provides the clients with delicious lunches, transportation to meetings, and helps to manage their medications. When she’s not working, she loves to learn and create photography, spend time with her son, mother, and her boyfriend.
